Nature's Energy Drink

All five of our refreshing organic juice blends
Think About What You Drink
Have you noticed how few vegetable juices there are?
Plain old carrot and tomato are getting a little tired, right?
And what if you want a caesar but you're vegetarian, or can't have nightshades?
Fruit is yummy, but it brings fructose with it wherever it goes.
Not ideal for many eating regimens. So, we turned its volume down so that veggies could sing the lead.
We press our own organic farm vegetables, adding just a bit of fruit and seasonings to keep sugar levels down. (Carrot juice is known to be low glycemic.)
Poplar Bluff never adds preservatives, water, filler, emulsifiers, or anything else. The result is big, bold flavour and natural energy. Try one in place of that extra cup of coffee and see how great you feel.
Finally, we’ve chosen a glass bottle for all the right reasons. Glass is always best for purity, taste, and shelf stability. No chemical leaching, no microplastics. Endlessly recyclable and reusable, it was the easiest decision we’ve ever made.

Juice...and then some! Shake up your taste buds with a splash of the good stuff
High-speed Smoothie
Add a scoop of protein powder and a bottle of our juice to your shaker or blender cup. Instant flavour and nutrition boost without the hassle.
Beet Red Rice
Literally as red as a beet, this tasty rice is a pleasant surprise that doesn't even need salt. If you like a more subtle taste, try half water, half juice.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice, rinsed and drained
1 cup Savoury Red Juice (we love the spicy one)
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Shake juice, then measure 1 cup.
Add all ingredients to Instant Pot pressure cooker and seal.
Pressure cook on Multigrain.
Either quick-release or let pressure naturally release, per your taste in grains.
Better For You Oatmeal
1 cup long cooking oatmeal
1 cup Carrot Crash Juice
1 cup water
optional: 1/4 to 1/3 cup egg whites
Instructions:
Combine water and juice in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Stir in oatmeal and return to boil.
Turn down heat, then immediately drizzle in egg whites while stirring constantly. The liquid should look milkier, but with no clumps if done properly.
Let simmer at low heat, stirring occasionally.
When liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is at your desired tenderness, remove from heat and serve.
